We report the progress of the project to client weekly.: Kaiser neatly arranges, stacks, and manages the materials and tools on site, for instance we organize, store, all tools and materials during construction hours of operation. We collect waste on an regular schedule.
This procedure of organizing tools and materials is an important management tool to protect workers, maintain order, and keep tools in the highest level of operating condition.
We believe that we can guarantee the security, quality, and safety on the site only after adhering to our management regulations and standards thoroughly.

We take the photos every time we inspect the progress of construction.: The photos that appear in our weekly reports are taken at actual condition of objects.
In order to let the photo be seen more clearly, we use a white board to explain the photos and progress of construction.
This method can make it easier to compare weekly reports and this method lets the construction progress and status become clearly identified.

The management flow-chart gives clear insight on the progress of projects.: Clients always ask about progress of construction. Does it conform to our proposed construction schedule? We always include a project progress in the weekly reports to let our client know and confirm project progress.

If they want to inspect and confirm the process of construction, we will arrange it anytime at the client wishes. If our clients wish to confirm our construction quality, it is our pleasure to invite them to the construction site for inspection.

Our clients have the ability to monitor the construction site on a real time basis.: Since many of foreign clients are unable to visit their construction sites, Kaiser has developed an ingenious method to allow our clients real time inspection of their project.
This is realized through a URL website that displays work progress using real-time camera/video technology.

Kaiser will never hide any problems on the construction site to our clients.: Kaiser always reports the actual conditions of the site. All conditions, good news as well as problems.
All conditions are included into the weekly report, no exceptions, a complete and comprehensive assessment is provided to our clients.
In the event when problems are discovered, Kaiser analyses the problem and will make recommendations to the client on how to remedy the condition. Together all problems can be solved!
